Hotel Adler is located in the centre of Serfaus. The village underground connects the car parks, the village centre and the cable cars. You will find practical information in our arrival guide.
You can travel by car to Serfaus. In the village itself, traffic is restricted and the free village underground makes it easy to get around.
If you travel by train, take the train to Landeck-Zams and continue by bus or taxi. You will find routes and further information in our arrival guide.
Short-term parking spaces are available at the hotel for loading and unloading your luggage. Afterwards, you will receive a free parking space in the car park at the entrance to the village.
We offer single and double rooms, family rooms, family suites and family apartments. Some rooms feature a balcony or French balcony. Our family apartments accommodate families of up to five people.

The All Inclusive alkoholfrei Verwöhnpension accompanies you throughout the day with breakfast, a midday soup, an afternoon snack or cake, dinner and non-alcoholic drinks. You can find an overview on our dining page.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate food intolerances or prepare vegan meals or special diet menus. Every evening, three main courses are available to choose from, including one vegetarian main course.

Every day from 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm, children up to the age of 12 can enjoy a varied children’s buffet. Children may eat at their parents’ table or, where offered during their stay, together with the childcare team.
Yes. Hotel Adler has a separate family pool area and an adult sauna and relaxation area.
The family pool area is a textile area for families and children. Children may use the pool only under their parents’ supervision.
The sauna and relaxation area is a separate adult area for guests aged 16 and over.
Yes. Access to the sauna and relaxation area is available from the age of 16. The area is a non-textile zone. For further information, please visit our sauna page.
The family pool area includes a small swimming pool, a whirlpool, a Kneipp pool and a relaxation room.

The Adlers Happy Club offers childcare for children from the age of 3, after their third birthday. Children can play, be creative and spend time with other children in a warm and welcoming environment.
The Happy Club includes a playroom with a climbing wall, table football, a cosy corner, a ball pit with slide, Lego, building blocks and creative activities.
Childcare for children under the age of 3 is not offered.
A short registration is recommended so that we can plan the childcare service well. You can register before arrival or at reception.
The current childcare hours are Sunday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Saturday is the Happy Club’s day off.

The playroom may be used outside the supervised childcare hours. Please note that children are not supervised during these times.
Children up to the age of 12 can enjoy the children’s buffet from 6:15 pm. Depending on the current offer, they may eat at their parents’ table or together with the childcare team.

You can reach the cable cars conveniently by using the Serfaus village underground or on foot in a few minutes. The village underground connects the car park, the centre, the Kirche stop and the cable cars.
