Check-in & Check-out – Your Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance.

Parking – convenient & free of charge

  • Short-term parking is available right in front of the hotel, so you can load and unload your luggage with ease.
  • Afterwards, you’ll receive a free parking space from us in the parking garage at the entrance to the village.

Getting around – the free village underground

Serfaus is a traffic-calmed village where everything is within easy walking distance. For even more convenience, you can use the free village underground, which has just four stations:

  • Stops: Parking garage (village entrance) – Center – Church – Cable car
  • It’s the perfect way to reach the cable car or explore the village quickly and comfortably!

The “Church” station is just a 100-metre walk from the hotel.
