At the Adler Family & Wellness Hotel in Serfaus, the focus is on enjoying time together. With our ‘Adler All-In Non-Alcoholic Pampering Board’ package, we’ll take care of your culinary needs throughout the day – from a hearty breakfast to the evening meal.

Look forward to a varied selection of dishes, lovingly prepared specialities and delightful moments in a cosy, family-friendly atmosphere.

If you arrive on a Saturday, we’ll welcome you with a large starter buffet and a choice of two main courses. Every week, themed buffets – such as an Italian evening or the popular ice-cream buffet – provide culinary highlights.

And on Fridays, it’s Kaiserschmarrn day here.

Breakfast Buffet

from 7:30 to 10:00 am

Enjoy the delicious selection of assorted breads from the "land of master bakers," fruit juices, aromatic coffee, assorted teas, cold and warm delicacies, jams, scrambled eggs, fried eggs and bacon from the buffet. Bon Appetit!

Mid-day soup & afternoon cake

from 12:00 to 4:30 pm

At midday we help you get your energy back with a warm and hearty soup. This is followed by a tasty afternoon snack (starting at 3:00 pm) as well as an afternoon cake, which is perfect for the big "in between hunger" of our littlest guests.

5 course evening menu

daily from 6:30 to 8:00 pm

Choose daily between 3 main courses, including a vegetarian option (Wednesday is pasta buffet and Saturday is appetizer buffet). In addition, there is always a fresh and crispy salad as well an assorted local and international cheese from buffet.

Important Information about Diets & Food Intolerances

Please note that we are unable to cater to specific dietary requirements or food intolerances (such as lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, cross allergies, sorbitol or fructose intolerance, or coeliac disease).

We kindly ask you to take this into account when making your booking.

Vegetarians can look forward to a vegetarian main course each evening as part of the dinner menu. However, we do not offer a fully vegetarian or vegan cuisine.

Wonderful hotel, friendly owner

A truly wonderful hotel with a very friendly owner – and the childcare staff are absolutely lovely. From the varied breakfast buffet, you can even prepare a packed lunch to take with you. If anything isn’t quite right, the owner takes care of it immediately. The wellness area for adults is exceptionally luxurious.

The aroma of fresh brewed coffee is in the air. And yet again your faced with the biggest dilemma of the day at the Hotel Adler's breakfast buffet: "Where should I go first?" Warm delicacies, healthy favorites, or the classic approach of munching your way through the tasty bread assortment and selection of jams and spreads? It's best to try a little bit of everything. Replenish your energy at midday and in the afternoon

Midday soup and afternoon cake

When you and your family return to your holiday home hungry at midday, we welcome you with a warm and hearty soup. In the afternoon, we serve cake and/or a light snack to help you replenish your energy. In Tyrol the traditional afternoon snack is called a Jause. To the Bavarians it's Brotzeit, to the Swabians it's a Vesper, the South Tyroleans call it a Marende, and the Swiss call it a Znüni. In Tyrol, we call it a Jause. Whatever you call it, it will tide your over until dinner - especially for the kids who burn calories faster than their parents can find them more to eat.

5 Course Dinner Menu

5 courses of enjoyment

The culinary highlight is the 5 course evening meal, which includes a choice of three main courses. There is, of course, a vegetarian option each day. Those who enjoy a fresh and crispy salad can help themselves from the plentiful salad buffet. Every Monday there is a gala dinner which kicks off with an aperitif from the Hotel bar. The Adler Children's Dining Option

Our children's dining program begins at 6:15 pm and is available for children up to 12 years old. The children's buffet for our young guests includes assorted soups, meats, side dishes, and, for the particularly ambitious, salads an vegetables. Of course there is an attractive selection of desserts as well. Children can take their meal from the the children's buffet to enjoy at the table with their parents, or they can eat together with the other children under the adult supervision provided by the Hotel.
