Pricing & Included Services: What’s Included in Your Stay

Transparent & Family-Friendly Rates
Our prices are per person, per night, based on a stay of 7 nights or more, and include our Adler All-In Pampering Pension – your all-inclusive culinary package for the whole family.

• Local tourist tax: € 3.70 per adult (16+) per night will be charged separately
• Unused services cannot be refunded
• Special offers & packages are not valid retroactively on existing bookings

Short Stay Surcharges
For stays under 7 nights, we apply the following surcharges to the adult rate:

• 1–2 nights: +15%
• 3–4 nights: +10%
• 5–6 nights: +6%

Minimum Occupancy & Room Requests
In our family rooms and apartments (e.g., Adlerhorst, Familiennest Alpenblick, Alpennest), a minimum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child applies.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors.

Travelling with Your Dog
Dogs are welcome in our hotel!

• Daily rate: € 28 (without food)
• Dogs are not permitted in dining and wellness areas
• We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee, if necessary

Your Reservation – Easy & Secure

• Your reservation becomes binding upon written confirmation (email is valid)
• A deposit is due within 14 days (free of charges)

Arrival & Departure – Stress-Free and Relaxed

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
• Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m.

Parking in Serfaus – Convenient & Included

• You can park briefly in front of the hotel for loading/unloading
• Afterwards, you will receive a free parking space in the garage at the village entrance
• Serfaus is car-free: a free village subway connects you from the car park to the cable car in just 4 stops

Adler All-In Pampering Pension – Culinary Highlights Included

• Starts with dinner on the day of arrival
• Ends with breakfast on the day of departure

• We cannot accommodate specific food intolerances (e.g., lactose, gluten, fructose, sorbitol, cross allergies, etc.)
• We do not offer vegan or special diet meals
• There is always a vegetarian main course available in the evening menu

Cancellation Policy – For Your Peace of Mind

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation | € 29 handling fee applies
• 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total arrangement price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
• Last week before arrival: 90%
• Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount

Cancellations must be made in writing. We highly recommend travel insurance.
