Prices

The prices listed are in Euro and are per person per day with a hotel stay of 7 days. They include the Adler Room & Board Plus plan but do not include local hotel taxes. Unused services included in the hotel price cannot be refunded. There is a local hotel tax for every booking of € 2.60 per adult per day. Children up to 15 years old do not pay the local hotel tax. We're happy to prepare a non-binding offer for you. 

Short Holiday Fee

For stays of less than 7 days, the following additional fees will be charged: 1-3 days: 15% • 4-5 days: 10% • 6 days: 6%.

Minimum Occupancy

In the rooms Church Bells, Crow's Next, 'Bifang' Nest, Eagle's Roost, Family Nest, Mountain View, and the Apartment Mountain Nest, there is a minimum occupancy of two adults and one child. We ask for your understanding that we are not able to provide confirmation of specific room numbers and floors when you make your reservations. 

Dogs

We charge €20 per day for dogs (without food). We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning that may be required and ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining and wellness areas

Reservations

As soon as we receive your written confirmation and deposit, the reservation is binding. For last minute bookings, an email counts as a fixed reservation. After you receive your reservation confirmation, we kindly ask you to pay the deposit within 14 days. Please note that all deposits are to be made without additional charges or fees. The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms & Conditions apply. 

Arrival and Departure 

Rooms for arrivals are available starting at 2:00 pm. On your departure day, we request that you leave your room no later than 11:00 am. Please inform us if you will arrive later than 6:00 pm. The Adler Room & Board Plus plan begins with dinner on your arrival day and concludes with breakfast on your departure day.

Parking

There are short-term parking spaces at the hotel for loading and unloading the vehicle. So you drive comfortably to the front of the house. We will then assign you a free parking space in the parking garage at the entrance to the town. Everything in Serfaus is easily accessible on foot, the place is traffic-calmed and there is a free village subway with only 4 stops

Allgergy sufferers/vegan diet

Unfortunately, we cannot take food intolerances into account and cannot offer vegan cuisine.

Payment Methods 

We accept credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and EC-Cards from Austria, Germany and the Netherlands without PIN. All other counries (Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain) with PIN. If you plan to use an EC-Card (Maestro) for payment, please pay attention to your out-of-country limit. 

Cancellation Policy 

The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms & Conditions apply and the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 3 months prior to the agreed upon arrival day, you can cancel your reservation without any charge. 

For cancellations up to 1 month prior to the agreed upon arrival day, payment of 40% of the entire price is required.

For cancellations up to one week prior to the agreed upon arrival day, payment of 70% of the entire price is required.

Please be aware that a cancellation in the week prior to the agreed upon arrival day will result in an invoice to be paid for 90% of the total price. 

In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price without deductions. We can only accept cancellations in writing. We recommend travel insurance.

All guest receive a 3% discount off of the room price for their third stay with us and every additional stay after that. The Reward Bonus applies to stays of  seven days or more, excluding local hotel taxes and Super.Sommer.Card. We're looking forward to seeing you again!
